Interior Design-H3G Our staff visited the UK and developed the detailed survey integration and the production work for the  major part of the 200 store roll out for Stubbs-Rich Ltd. Hutchinson 3G launched its 3rd Generation wireless telephones in Europe using design concepts from our international design team. 

Our work  production work included 

  • construction packages for the production phases
  • part of the production drawing package for their flagship store at Oxford Street.

2. BMW  Park Lane - production drawings were  also developed in the Singapore office for Stubbs Rich Ltd.

3.New Garden Wing Ling Kwang Home designed & developed by Chartered Architect International

 Environmental & Landscape Design
 Recreational and Occupational Therapy Landscaped Courtyard, Singapore. This recreational landscaped therapy court vents warm air through the heart of the building, reducing the need for air-conditioning. Energy efficiency, with all its benefits for clients and users,  is a hallmark of our design philosophy. 

 

 
 

 

 Commercial Projects- IKEA Many of our commercial projects have been for  IKEA through Stubbs Rich Ltd.  We are currently developing  designs for a number of new stores and extensions to existing stores. 


IKEA Cardiff -Three dimensional images of construction details and services  were generated to eliminate problems during the construction process, saving time and expense for all. Facade detail , production & full tender packages , submission drawings to the authorities were developed in the Singapore office for Stubbs Rich Ltd.

IKEA Cardiff has just won a Building Control Award in the large/commercial category and now looks forward to the Regional awards.I

  BMW We have completed design development  work on 3 major BMW GB Ltd projects in London for Stubbs Rich Ltd. These include sales and after-sales facilities. These stores are now setting a new bench mark for design.

  UK Planning Enquiry Support We assisted in producing accurate visual impact assessment 3D modelling and photomontages which stood up to hostile cross examinations in major planning inquiry.

  Quality Housing Projects Public and Private housing projects with a keen emphasis  on a green environment . 1200 units of condominium type public housing with communal facilities in Singapore. We are also redeveloping quality apartment complexes  such as Ardmore Point (opposite the prime quality Shangri-La Hotel)

  Community  Development Projects Our health care facilities include homes for intellectually  disabled, music therapy recovery rooms for the elderly, Eldercare centers for senior citizens and children, multifunction resorts / retirement village - refurbishment projects and condominium like facilities for residential estates. 

Centers for all ages have been designed  for- children, kindergarten , youth , adult and  senior citizens at the New Garden Wing  Serangoon Gardens, Singapore , which was opened by Deputy Prime Minister Tony Tan . Other projects include the Bishan Home which was opened by Prime Minister designate BG Lee Hsien Loong.Our current projects include the new wing of the Chin Lien Bible Seminary in Geylang.

 

  Innovative Health Care

 

 Music Therapy and Life Enhancement treatment are designed as part of the architecture of the new Garden Wing of an established Nursing Home , the 350-bed Ling Kwang Home for the Senior Citizens.
